brightstack AI, Inc. (brightstack) uses the third-party Subprocessors listed below to provide the Service. We review each Subprocessor for security and privacy before engagement and contractually require them to meet data protection obligations no less protective than our Data Processing Addendum.

Get notified of changes. Email [email protected] with the subject subprocessors to subscribe to advance change notifications. We provide at least 10 business days' notice before adding a new Subprocessor or making a material change to an existing one.

Objection rights

Customers under our Data Processing Addendum may object on reasonable grounds related to data protection within the notice period by emailing [email protected]. We will work in good faith to resolve the objection. If no resolution can be reached, you may terminate the affected portion of the Service for convenience without penalty.
